How do I place my order?

For standard gifts without a logo, you can order directly through our self-serve gifting portal—go to gifts.goatfoods.com, select your items, quantities, and recipients, and checkout online. For branded gifts reach out to gifting@goatfoods.com.

Do you deliver to multiple locations?

Absolutely. We can ship to 10,000 different addresses or just to one! We recommend letting us do the heavy lifting for you—especially with our amazing shipping rates.

How does logo customization work?

Our Concierge Gifting team will work with you to bring your vision to life! Share your logo, messaging, and any ideas or inspiration, and we’ll help you create a gift that feels uniquely yours. From custom branding and gift bands to personalized messaging and creative touches, we’ll guide you through the available options and provide a mock-up for approval before production. Customization options, minimums, and fees may vary based on your order.

I am ordering for holiday gifts. When do you need my order information and address list?

We're already taking holiday orders! Space is limited during peak season, so we recommend ordering ASAP to reserve your delivery window. Once your order is placed, we'll need your final address list at least two weeks before your ship date.

Can we add a custom note?

Absolutely! We offer 4" x 6" custom gift cards with a variety of creative and personalization options. Add your preferred message, branding, or design to make your gifts feel even more personal. Our team can help you explore the available options and any associated customization fees.

Do you charge credit card fees?

Nope. To us, it’s the cost of doing business.

How much is shipping?

Our average rate to ship one gift box is only $9.95. But it usually depends on location…we don’t make any money on shipping and will get you a great rate.
